Are you behind in paying your bills? Have you received a notice from the City?  

The Tax Sale Deferral Program helps homeowners not go to tax sale for unpaid city bills.  

You may be eligible for the City’s Tax Sale Deferral Program if:

• You have lived in your home for 15 years or more,
• Your home’s assessed value is $250,000 or less, and
• You owe more than $750 in unpaid bills to the City

Applications are open February 15, 2024 through April 15, 2024.

Acceptance in the program is on a first come first served basis.
